EFFECT OF UNCONSCIONABILITY--ELIMINATION OF UNCONSCIONABLE CLAUSE-B
It is expressly agreed and understood by the parties to this agreement that if any provision of this agreement is held to be unconscionable by a court of competent jurisdiction, arbitration panel or other official finder of fact, the balance of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
